Is the sender name when you send my item(s) back to the pawn shop?
No. Please be assured that we will use personal names for customers who want to keep the transaction a secret from their family members.
Will I receive a phone call after the deposit deadline?
No. Please be assured that we will not call you under any circumstances to protect your personal information.
I want to sell my brand-name for as much as possible. What can I do?
-For Chanel, Gucci and Prada, please bring the guarantee card that came with your purchase.
-For other brand-name bags, please bring the bag with the accessories at the time of purchase.
-For Gucci and Prada, we will only purchase ones bought at domestic stores directly managed by the brands.
-Even by just removing the dust inside the bag and the dirt that can be easily removed, the appraisal amount will increase.
